For your convenience the templates have been divided into categories including Learning Story Assessments, Anecdotal Assessments, Photographic Assessments, Artwork Assessments, Language Assessments and Running Record Assessments. It provides both blank and completed examples with links to the EYLF. Educators are encouraged to alter the headings in the templates or any other aspect to reflect their personal needs and those of their service. All you need to do is insert your own text into the text boxes provided and right click on the images to insert your photo.
